These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fanaticaldetailing.com and the mobile vehicle detailing services provided by Fanatical Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or requesting service you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an in-person or photo-based assessment of your vehicle. All quotes are honored for 30 days.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, you do not pay for that service. It cannot be combined with other offers. Fanatical Detailing reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.

Scheduling & cancellations

We'll confirm your appointment window in advance. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may cause us to reschedule.

Service guarantee

If you aren't satisfied with the finished result, tell us before we leave the site and we'll re-detail the affected area at no charge. Pre-existing damage, wear, staining or oxidation that cannot be safely removed by standard detailing, and issues outside our control are not covered.

Vehicle access & responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your vehicle and the area where it will be detailed, disclose any known damage or delicate surfaces, and remove personal items from the interior before service. We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Communications consent

By checking the consent box on our quote form you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Fanatical Detailing about your quote and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of South Florida, Florida.
